This listing is to add a Traffic Handle to your leash - it does NOT include a leash. Add this item to any leash to include an additional handle near the clasp for more control and easier maneuvering in traffic or crowded places. A traffic handle effectively gives you a 20" leash within your longer length leash. Traffic handle location is measured from the end of the leash clip to the furthest end of the traffic handle. If requesting your own location, please provide a measurement with this in mind. **IMPORTANT** If you have a SMALL DOG, the traffic handle at 20" may be too short!!
