The set up comes with 3 slots on the 1.5" straps, and two 3/4" straps that are designed to go around the handle bars or the risers. The 3/4" straps are also long enough to go around the 1.5" straps rather than through the slots, for a more universal fit for a variety of bikes. Longer and custom mounting straps can be made as well upon request. *** Leather Color, Stitching, Logo and Lettering available in custom colors. (.ai) If you do not have a vector file, our graphic design team can work with you to create one. (Hourly design charge) The vector file is used to create a 3D CAD model in Solidworks. This CAD model is then used to fabricated a custom stamp of your logo. The stamp is then pressed into the the leather using a 12 ton Hydraulic press. .The leather is then cleaned and prepped for dying. And the hand painting process begins. Typically 5-6 coats of acrylic leather dye are applied. Then a top finishing conditioner is used to seal it in.
