Once we receive your items your precious keepsake will be posted back to you within 5 weeks. If you need your keepsake sooner please order via the express (2 week) service.We recommend to hand wash and leave to dry naturally. Do not tumble dry.Please note - As items are hand made using your own clothes they are unable to be CE tested. Due to this these teddies are sold as keepsakes only and not as toys.
