Leblon Cachaça is a premium, award-winning Brazilian spirit distilled from fresh-pressed sugarcane juice. Bottled at 40% ABV, it serves as the essential, versatile base for Brazil’ s national cocktail, the Caipirinha, balancing complex tropical fruit aromas with an ultra-smooth, creamy finish. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] The spirit's profile is a result of unique production and aging methods: Artisanal Craftsmanship: Hand-harvested sugarcane is pressed within hours and micro-distilled in traditional Alambique copper pot stills at Maison Leblon in Minas Gerais, Brazil. [1, 2, 3] French Oak Aging: Unlike many unaged cachaças, Leblon is rested for up to six months in vintage French XO Cognac casks, imparting subtle notes of vanilla, crème brûlée, and butterscotch. [1, 2] Flavor Profile: Features a delicate, fruity nose with hints of baked apple, banana leaf, and a faintly grassy, pepper-spiced finish Show more
