Save time and create more consistent cloth with a flying shuttle beater for your Leclerc loom. The device consists of a beater with shuttle boxes at each end. A hammer in the shuttle box, put in motion by a cord and handle, strikes the shuttle, and sends it through the shed without the weaver touching it. Flying shuttles are useful in weaving studios where long yardages are made. Time is saved in weaving wide fabrics where it is difficult to throw and catch shuttle. A special metal-tipped end-delivery fly shuttle is required for this system. The Shuttle Beater can be adapted to any Leclerc counter-balance looms 45" and 60" (Mira, Fanny), jack-type models (Nilus, Nilus II, Nilart, and Colonial) and the countermarch Nilus II model. We can also make Flying Shuttle Beater for any Leclerc90", 100" and 120", contact us for special order details on larger models. Includes one Leclerc Fly Shuttle and twelve (12) 7" pirns.
