The Incure L1044-Chamber is a robust, industrial-grade curing enclosure designed specifically for the L1044 UV LED Flood Lamp. Engineered for precision manufacturing, this chamber provides a fully shielded environment to ensure maximum operator safety during high-intensity UV curing processes. The L1044 lamp head fits seamlessly onto the top of the unit, creating a concentrated and uniform 4"×4" light field. This setup is ideal for applications requiring consistent bonding results, such as electronic assembly, medical device manufacturing, and optoelectronics. The chamber's design facilitates easy integration into manual workstations or automated production lines, offering a stable and repeatable curing environment for a variety of substrates. Optimized for L1044: Specifically designed for a perfect fit with the L1044 UV LED Flood Lamp, ensuring a secure and light-tight connection. Enhanced Safety: Provides comprehensive shielding to protect users from high-intensity UV radiation during the curing cycle. Versatile Mounting: The unit is designed to be highly adaptable, allowing the lamp to be utilized within the chamber, on a drawer system, or integrated into a conveyor setup. Industrial Connectivity: Features a signal input compatible with Foot-Switches, PLC, or RS232, allowing for seamless integration with external control systems and automated workflows. Efficient Thermal Management: Built with forced-air cooling and integrated louvers to maintain optimal operating temperatures and extend the expected LED life to more than 20,000 hours. Flexible Operation: Supports both timer-based and continuous curing modes to suit different production requirements. Uniform Irradiation: When paired with the L1044 irradiator, it delivers high static uniformity (0.78 at a 2.0" distance) for precise and repeatable results across the entire 4"×4" curing area.
