It is recommended you purchase these LED extension cables with our Model 3 lighting upgrades. If you're looking to upgrade the lights on your Model 3, then you might find that the cabling is a little tight, particularly in the doors. It doesn't apply to all Model 3's, but it does seem that 20-25% will have at least one cable that's too short. Our LED extension cables provide a 5" extension, and provide more than enough slack to allow for the perfect installation.
