We recommend spritzing 70% Isopropyl Alcohol (rubbing alcohol) on the attachment head(s) or soaking your micro-roller attachment head(s) in 70% Isopropyl Alcohol for at least 60 seconds after each use (we recommend 5 minutes). ★ Do not soak the handle of your device: make sure to remove your attachment head before each cleaning. Hold down on the circular "button" on the neck of the handle and pull the attachment head off of the handle while holding that button down! Yay, now time to sanitize that head! Our Micro-Rollers have 1mm needles, so we recommend using yours once a week (gently) or once every 10-14 days if you have sensitive skin. If you feel like you may be using your Micro-Roller incorrectly, refer back to our FAQ for a brief how-to vid ♥ Can I use Retinol or Retin-A after using my microneedle roller? Great question! It is not recommended to use Retinol directly after using your microneedle roller. If Retinol or Retin-A is a part of your skincare routine, we recommend waiting about 24 hours after using your microneedle roller, or until redness disappears to apply Retinol or Retin-A to your skin. Happy self-caring! Can I use products containing BHA &/or AHA after using my microneedle roller? This is a common one and we are so happy you asked! It's not recommended to use any products containing Beta Hydroxy Acid or Alpha Hydroxy Acids for at least 24 hours after using your microneedle roller. We recommend you use gentle moisturizers or facial oils post microneedling. Your skin will absorb products much better after microneedling, so you won't need to use as much product! Can I use products containing Vitamin-C after I use my microneedle roller? Good question: it's recommended to wait at least 24 hours to apply any products containing Vitamin C to your skin after using your microneedle roller.
