This bean is our absolute favorite so naturally we name it for our two favorite people…our children! Legacy is a Colombian bean with a little more punch over The Debut! This bean h as flavor notes of bittersweet chocolate, caramel, almond and citrus (but don’t let that scare you off…it doesn’t taste like a lemon!) We roast this one medium dark or dark and it is a fan fave for espresso! Show more
