How the Process Works After your order is confirmed, you will receive a collection kit with easy instructions for sending your keepsake materials (ashes, flower petals, breastmilk, etc.) Once your materials are received, your custom piece will be placed in queue by the order it was received, not necessarily your date of order Turnaround times vary depending on order volume and design complexity.
