Made with just flour, water, and salt — slow-fermented, simple, and full of farmhouse flavor. Cheddar is hand kneaded into the bread for an even and mouthwatering loaf. Our starter has old Italian roots and has been carefully nurtured here on the farm, fed daily and kept alive by the same natural yeasts that give our bread its depth and character.
