Description ❯ Lemon Cold Pressed Essential Oil has a bright citrus-peel aroma with sharp lemon skin, clean lift, dry pith, and a fast fading trace. It does not smell like sour lemon juice. The scent comes from the peel, so the first impression is more like bending fresh lemon zest between the fingers. The first impression is quick, clear, and immediately recognisable. After the initial impression, the brightness becomes paler and drier, leaving a light citrus residue that works well in soaps, room sprays, diffusers, cleaning-style blends, creams, body oils, and fresh citrus accords. Lemon is useful when a formula feels stale, heavy, or too quiet. Used lightly, it gives clean lift. Used heavily, it can become thin, sharp, furniture-polish-like, or too obviously cleaning-product citrus. Essential oils can be applied topically once diluted with a carrier oil. They are widely used in cosmetic goods and handmade crafts.
