Someone, somewhere, once decided that lemon drizzle cake was too much effort. All that zesting. All that drizzling. All that washing up. We think they had a point. So we took every thing you love about a proper lemon drizzle... that sweet, sugary, just-a-hint-of-lemon cakey-ness, and put it somewhere far more sensible.
