Canadian Ingredient: Citrus Peel (Toronto, Ontario) This steamed green tea is layered with pure ginger root and locally sourced lemon peel from a nearby juice maker. Delicious hot or iced. Traditional Preparation: Measure 1 tsp of loose tea and add to a tea filter or strainer (or use one tea bag).
