We came up with this cheeseball because we loved the taste of lemon ice box pie but don't like the hassle of making it. This taste is just like a lemon ice box pie and is perfect f or spring and summers. It will make you want to sit on your back porch and catch up with friends. Directions for Cheeseball: Mix 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with packet mix. Roll into a ball and refrigerate cheeseball for 3 hours. Serve with graham crackers.Directions for pie: Combine cheeseball mix with 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and an 8 ounce tub of cool whip and place in a graham cracker crust. Chill for an hour.
