Artisan The story begins when Salvatore Mammana, a 26-year old recent graduate of political science studies, informed his father of his desire to produce jam! Even at the time, this idea was not a farfetched dream, but an entrepreneurial initiative with a clear vision that, as we’ve seen over time, has proven to be an ongoing success thanks to the consistent quality that our producer has been able to achieve these last thirty years.
