Our lemon sole is usually sourced from Cornish day boats in the South Coast and is brought in to us fresh within 24 hours of landing. Lemon sole is a fantastic firm yet delicate fi sh that cooks up best in a pan on a low/medium heat skin side down to get that skin nice and crispy. Great with a caper butter & parsley sauce.
