Active since the early 1970s and trained in painting and printmaking, Kennel has developed a disciplined visual language defined by clarity, balance, and quiet intensity. Rather than depicting fruit directly, Lemons evokes the lemon tree through suspended branches and leaves that hover across luminous yellow fields.
