Lemsip Cold & Flu contains paracetamol and phenylephrine to relieve cold and flu symptoms in a warming hot drink. Relieves: Headache, fever and body aches Sore throat Blocked nose and nasal congestion Suitable for:Adults and children aged 16 years and over. How to take:Dissolve one sachet in a mug of hot water. Repeat every four to six hours when required. Do not take more than four sachets in 24 hours. Important information:Contains paracetamol. Do not combine with other paracetamol, cold, flu or decongestant medicines. Do not use for longer than five days.
