The pattern does show an alternative to attaching the arms without buttons. The digital download includes a pattern and instructions to make this adorable doll and removable skirt.This is a perfect pattern for the advanced beginner seamstress. It includes an 11 page pattern with detailed directions and full color assembly photos, 3 pages of printer friendly directions and 4 pages of pattern pieces.
