The Lenoxx POS70 is a 33cm cordierite pizza stone designed for use on a BBQ grill, withstanding temperatures up to 600°C. Cordierite is a heat-resistant material that distributes heat evenly across the stone surface, absorbs excess moisture from pizza dough, and retains heat to cook the base quickly once the pizza is placed on the preheated surface. This produces a crisper base than baking on a metal tray on a BBQ grill.To use: preheat the BBQ to high and place the stone on the grill for approximately 15 minutes before adding the pizza.
