It features padded arms and back in an off-white and beige damask fabric.The highlight of the chair is the meticulously carved lion monopodia on each arm. Handmade and hand-finished in solid rosewood.Roman furniture was the first to see the lion monopodia, and it was later revived by designers such as Thomas Hope during the late eighteenth century.
