Whether you know it as boules or bocce or pétanque... this is a particularly elevated version of a classic outdoor throwing game. The walnut wood carrying case is handmade in Switz erland with a leather handle and a semi-spherical cut that houses the wooden target ball. Easy transport all around. The boules themselves are made in France from stainless steel that will take on a great patina over time... a tactile reminder of the hours spent playing! And when not in use, it acts as a beautiful display object. In true pétanque fashion, each player brings his own triplette, or set of three balls, but use it as you please. Play solo, in quick rounds with three players, or invest in multiple sets for more serious competition. Show more
