Distilled from our very own Leonardslee family Vineyard’s fruit, this truly unique gin achieves its complexity through two separate processes. Traditional copper-pot distillation c aptures piney juniper, warming coriander, and earthy angelica, while low-temperature vacuum distillation delivers delicate floral top notes of rose, lavender, and chamomile. The resulting spirit is elegant and fruity, with the base wine providing a comforting hint of apple. The dual citrus combination of bitter orange and lemon rounds and freshens it beautifully.
