This hat is a stretch band made from a sand viscose/spandex stretch knit fabric for that extra comfort. It has a sewn in permanent scarf onto the band. The silky scarf can be drape d around your shoulders, down the back or to the side. It comes with a scrunchie to hold this into place. The scarf is in a beautiful silky soft feel abstract print.
