Whether you can carry it is a separate question and still worth checking for your own city. Is it legal to carry? That depends entirely on where you are. Blade laws vary by state and city, and disguised knives are frequently singled out, so check your local rules before carrying it. Does it come in other colors? The same comb is available in pink, black and galaxy print. Does it make a good gift?It is an easy one to give because it is genuinely useful and it does not read as a weapon when it is unwrapped. Just make sure the person receiving it can legally carry one where they live.
