Deep into the night of racing the 2017 Moab 240 Endurance Run, I hallucinated a leopard lounging in a hammock. This new friend, along with all the other hallucinations I've had out on the trails, has come to represent more to me than just a ridiculous story to share post-race. It's a reminder that we are capable of pushing ourselves harder, that we can chase a goal that feels crazy, and that we should always find the fun in whatever we are doing.
