This item is a thick 3" slab of a polished Lepidolite stone. It is a grey-purple color with flecks of mica. Lepidolite is a lilac-gray or rose-colored member of the mica group of m inerals. Lepidolite is the most abundant lithium-bearing mineral and is a secondary source of this metal. Lepidolite is rated between 2.5 and 3 on the Mohs hardness scale. Lepidolite is thought to protect against external influences; give inner peace; help with sleep disorders.
