The sweetest little wooden black headed gull from L'Équipée with a white body, jet black head and little brass legs. Like all animals in creation, each bird is unique, sizes, pluma ge colour and beak shape vary according to each individual. In Nairobi's boui-bouis, chick chips are very spicy fries that accompany nyama chomas (barbecue), and flirts worthy of the name. For L'Équipée it is a series of 10 species of birds from the Rift Valley, hand-carved by Nicodemas, an ornithologist sculptor.
