100% Semillon from Château de la Vieille Chapelle who have "Wine Made With No Added Suffering" on their promotional material. Not entirely sure if that is a sulfuring typo, but eit her way we love the message.An everyday white bordeaux that has a waxyness to it, with salinity, a touch of tropical fruit and lovely texture. This certainly has some pleasent body to it and isn't just a light easy wine, try this with some Mimolette or stronger blue cheeses and it won't get washed out.
