This is a blend of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay with a splash of Menu Pineau fermented completely dry and disgorged in May. Made naturally by Pascal Potaire and Moses Gaddouche in T ouraine, who only make Pet Nats (!). Crisp and bright with crushed pears and citrus, nice firm bubbles and a mouthwatering finish. Show more
