Les Charmes Macon Lugny 2022 is a classic expression of Chardonnay from the Mâconnais region in Burgundy, France. This wine is crafted from grapes grown in the Les Charmes vineyard , known for its limestone-rich soils that impart a distinct minerality to the wine. The 2022 vintage showcases a bright and fresh profile with notes of green apple, citrus, and a hint of floral aromas. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its crisp and clean character, with no oak influence. The winemaker's tasting notes highlight its balanced acidity and smooth finish, making it an excellent pairing for seafood and light poultry dishes. The ABV is typically around 13%. Show more
