Tasting notes: Brilliant straw yellow colour with fine and persistent perlage. Flavours of wild flowers and white fleshed fruits. The palate is dry and fresh with fruty notes and b right citrus flavours with a moderately long finish. Food pairing: It goes great with any type of food, expecially with starters and fish courses.
