As part of our collaboration with luxury menswear brand LESTRANGE, we’ve created a limited edition version of our best-selling 17cm Santoku multipurpose kitchen knife. These knives showcase LESTRANGE’s new regenerative cotton, the production of which serves to restore damaged land and actually improve soil quality. For the handles of these knives we have utilised waste offcuts from making our 24 Trouser, laminating it with bioresin.
