With a rebellious police chief that has no intention of going into Chinatown, the gangs there are running wild. When the mayor receives a mysterious card which says only "For Hire" with a phone number, he feels he has no other option. As a result he ends up hiring J.D. McCade (David Heavener) to clear out the gangs. The job leads McCade to childhood friend Sonny (Kamar), who is working for kingpin Carmine DelVeccio.
