In this class, we will work with a bodice block and insert the following technical aspects of dressmaking: Invisible Zips Buttonholes Darts Gathering You will leave with examples of your work to remind you when you are at home and written instructions to guide you when working on your projects at home. What's included:This is a techniques class, so there is no finished garment. We will provide all of the fabric, zips etc., to practice these techniques. As well as all the tea you can drink, we will provide the sewing machines and all of the tools and threads you will need. What do I need to bring:Nothing, just a smile! Everything you need will be provided. This class is for you if:You have used a sewing machine before, and you are interested in improving your dressmaking skills. You will be able to operate the sewing machine and thread it independently. This class is not for you if:You have never used a sewing machine before.
