“Let’s Hit the Road” started as a watercolor painted by my 10-year-old daughter, Molly Grace, inspired by a jeep she spotted winding over the Smoky Mountains.⛰️ We got back to the cabin that night and she decided to painting the jeep from a photo we took—and I was so impressed by the loose style and the way the colors and water meddled on the page.🖌️ OBSESSED. So after scanning her actual sketchbook page I just simply added a soft background to let it her work shine. This piece is a little reminder that sometimes the best memories are made when you set out with no agenda except to see where the road takes you—or where the art takes you😉🗺️💛. Show more
