This is a delicious mid-late variety with a beautiful appearance. The outer leaves are dark green and tender, and inside leaves are pale and crunchy. The heads get fairly large (if you can stop yourself from eating it before it gets fully mature). It is resistant to bolting in heat or cold, so it is a good choice for early spring and fall crops. 5 gram packet. Approximately 600-1200 seeds per gram.
