Remove remaining solid matter with a spoon before treating the liquid stain. Heavy stains: Gently remove heavy stains using soapy water or a mild detergent. Washing: Turn the sofa cover inside out and zip it up. Wash on a delicate cycle in a drum washing machine at 30°C or lower (without spinning). Avoid top-load washing machines.
