Flight review prep course In-Person Level 1 Complex Flight Review Please note: All in-person flight reviews are conducted at Metro Vancouver location. You also must have completed 20 hrs of a TC Certified Online Level 1 Complex Ground School and passed your Online Transport Canada Level 1 Complex Exam before attempting your flight review. Is this the right certification for me? Level 1 Complex is currently the highest drone certification available in Canada. It covers advanced operations, plus lower-risk BVLOS operations over unpopulated areas, small RPAS over sparsely populated areas, and operations requiring enhanced planning, crew coordination, and risk mitigation. Must be at least 18 years old to certify. If you're flying in controlled airspace, over or near bystanders, or conducting EVLOS and Sheltered Operations - but not BVLOS - you may be looking for the Advanced Operations certification instead.
