This patio side table features a powder-coated aluminum frame available in Black or White. The aluminum construction is lightweight yet stable, and well suited for outdoor environments. A zinc-rich primer is applied beneath the powder coating to improve corrosion resistance and support long-term durability. The tabletop is crafted from thermo ash, a heat-treated hardwood that offers enhanced resistance to moisture, decay, and movement compared to untreated wood. The thermal modification process deepens the wood’s natural tone and improves dimensional stability, making it suitable for outdoor use. Natural variations in color and grain are expected and contribute to the character of the material. With exposure to sun and weather, the thermo ash surface may gradually develop a natural patina. This aging does not affect performance and may be maintained or refreshed depending on the desired appearance. To ensure good corrosion resistance on our steel outdoor furniture, we use a zinc rich primer. The primer makes the surface suitable for outdoor use. Should the product get scratched or damaged, the metal will begin to rust. This will not spread, and does not degrade the product. A repair lacquer can be used, after any rust or loose paint is removed. Regular cleaning should be done with a cloth and lukewarm water. If your outdoor products need an extra cleaning, an auto shampoo can be used. Please follow the instructions on the bottle. If possible, outdoor furniture should be stored in a dry place during the winter to protect it from the elements. We do not recommend covering the furniture, since the lack of breathability might accumulate condensation on the furniture. Please avoid using any harsh detergents or solvents when cleaning the product. Installation & Placement The LEVEL Outdoor Thermo Ash Side Table arrives fully assembled and is ready for immediate use. It should be placed on a flat, stable surface to ensure balance and proper function. Routine care includes regular cleaning with a soft cloth and lukewarm water. For deeper cleaning, a mild auto shampoo may be used according to product instructions. Harsh detergents, solvents, or abrasive cleaners should be avoided. During winter months or extended periods of non-use, storing the table in a dry, sheltered location will help preserve both the wood surface and the aluminum frame. Furniture covers are not recommended, as restricted airflow may lead to condensation buildup.
