Adjusting the EP Distribution Tool & Leveler:Loosen the Top: Hold the middle section of the tool firmly and rotate the top portion counterclockwise 1–2 full turns to loosen (righty tighty, lefty loosey). Do not fully remove it.Adjust the Depth: With the top loosened, rotate the bottom silver portion:Clockwise to extend the fins deeper into the portafilter basket.Counterclockwise to shorten them for a shallower depth.Lock It In: Once you've set the desired height, rotate the top portion clockwise to tighten.Brew On! Your tool is now adjusted and ready for precision distribution.
