Preparation of Substrates: Ensure the substrate complies with relevant British standards and industry regulations. Substrates should be clean, free from dust, oil, grease, moisture, and loose or flaky material. Remove residues of cement, lime, paint, and adhesives to achieve a stable, non-deformable, and crack-free surface. The substrate must have completed the curing period of hygrometric shrinkage and should be primed according to the substrate type. 2. Suitable Substrates: Mineral screeds made with Keracem® Eco as binder or pre-mixed product. Cement-based screeds. Calcium sulfate-based screeds. Prefabricated concrete or fresh concrete castings. 3. Application Notes: Mixing: Pour 4.5 - 5.0 liters of clean water into a container, then gradually add Levelflex® Fibre while mixing. Use a mechanical mixer to blend until a smooth, lump-free mixture is achieved. Let the mixture rest for 2 minutes before mixing briefly again. Avoid adding extra water as it may lead to shrinkage during drying, reducing surface hardness and overall performance.
