Take your barista skills to the next level with the Avanti® Leveller and Tamper. A precision tool designed to enhance the coffee preparation process for espresso enthusiasts and ba ristas alike. This tool combines the functions of levelling and tamping to ensure a consistent and even extraction, ultimately leading to a more flavourful and well-balanced shot of espresso. Tamping compacts the coffee grounds to create a uniform surface and density for water to pass through during extraction The levelling action redistributes the coffee grounds evenly across the portafilter basket, eliminating inconsistencies in the surface and prevents channelling that can lead to uneven extraction Show more
