Just load your Olympic plates, slap on some magnetic collars, and get to work—your gainz depend on it. IMPORTANT: Hydra Lever Arms are only guaranteed to fit true 3" × 3" uprights with 5/8" holes. If used on the outside of your rack uprights, the rack must be bolted down to prevent tipping or injury. Pull-up bar attachments will not fit Lever Arms installed on an All-in-One Trainer due to upright width.
