Piston Ring Set for the 2.5L KV6 V6 petrol engine, fitted into the ring grooves of one piston. The rings seal the combustion chamber against the cylinder bore, transfer heat from t he piston crown into the bore wall and control the oil film carried up the bore. Worn or broken rings show as loss of compression, crankcase blow-by and raised oil consumption. This set covers a single piston; a complete KV6 engine requires six sets. Show more
