Light and easy drinking, but with enough abou t it to enjoy with food. Delicious are both traditional serving temperatures & chilled down too. Grapes are sourced from a variety plots around St. Nicolas de Bourgueil and Chinon. 25 days on the skins in full carbonic maceration, and then aged briefly in amphora vessels before bottling.
