Our UV DTF Transfers fits our 16oz acrylic cups, and 15oz ceramic mugs perfectly. For other surfaces/items you may have to cut up the transfer and apply it that way. Our UV DTF Transfers measures 9.5"x3.95-4.52" Note that UV DTF Transfers are sticker like, designs are created and printed with UV curable inks onto a special film laminating it. When using our UV DTF Transfers please remember although it is water resistant it should be handwashed only. Step-by-Step Application: Prepare the Surface: Clean the hard surface (glass, metal, wood) with rubbing alcohol and a lint-free cloth to remove dust, oil, and residue, then let it dry completely. Position the Transfer: Carefully peel the clear transfer film from the paper backing, keeping the design flat. Align the design on your surface, but don't press it down yet. Burnish (Press): Start from the center or one edge, applying firm, even pressure with a squeegee or soft cloth to push out air and secure the adhesive. For curves, use a flexible squeegee and gentle heat to help it conform. This is a permanent bond, so get it right the first time! Peel the Film: Slowly peel the clear top film back at a low angle (close to the surface). If any part of the design lifts, press it back down and re-burnish before continuing. Final Burnish: Once the clear film is removed, burnish the design one last time to ensure maximum adhesion.
