Dorset's answer to maple syrup, Liberty Fields' Apple Syrup is a luxuriously rich and intense natural sweetener, made only from the apples of their orchards. Liberty Fields produce small batches of superb syrup, balsamic vinegar, cider and vodka by hand from the fruit of their own Dorset apple orchards, planted from 2010.
