This package includes a 60+ page Life Coaching Manual (In PDF form) and an online coaching session to help you apply what you learned in class. The manual provides client agreements, session guides, coaching tools, and follow-up plans. The online session gives you practical, hands-on experience in a safe and guided setting. A free 15-minute consultation is included before the first session to help establish your coaching goal and focus.
